EE评分系统CRS(Comprehensive Ranking System) ，满分为1200分，主要涉及四个方面：核心要素（年龄、教育、语言和加拿大工作经验）；配偶加分（教育、语言和加拿大工作经验）；适应能力（教育、工作经验和加拿大资格证书）；雇主 offer 和省提名。通常来说，得分越高，获得邀请的可能性越大。
以下是每一类的具体划分和得分上限
1.语言成绩加分
在EE的CRS分数计算中，First language(第一语言，通常是英语) 若达到CLB9（雅思听说读写成绩达到8，7，7，7 ），则CRS语言评分将会大幅提升，且技能转移 (Skill Transferability) 项也会有额外加分。
2.加拿大学历加分
学历等级越高EE分数也将越高。如果能够就业后边工作边就读完成符合条件的1年学位项目，加上之前的本科学历，申请人可以获得额外的技能转移下的教育加分，获得额外分数。
3.省提名加分
通常省提名项目会要求申请人在EE中成功建立档案并提供档案号，成功获得省提名的申请人会获得600分的额外加分。
4.劳工部批文LMIA Job Offer加分
LMIA (Labour Market Impact Assessment) 劳工市场影响评估是由雇主申请获得，由雇主向劳工部申请的劳工市场评估文件。LMIA批文可以增加50到200分的加分，若申请人获得LMIA支持，那么将获得额外的50分～200分加分。
